Technically, NaBloPoMo finished on the 30th of November, but I figured since I started on the 4th of November, I would end on the 4th of December, and declare myself victorious for having posted every day for a month…except that it’s now past midnight and the 5th. Fuckity fuck. Victory is not mine.

DAMN IT! I really wanted a pair of knitted socks from feral geographer.

At the beginning of this challenge, a wise gal told me I didn’t have to blog about all things LESBIONIC. I could just blog about whatever was going on in my head…which in retrospect wouldn’t necessarily impress any of my faithful readers but did hopefully entertain.

I’ve heard more than once from people about how the person they visualize writing the Mostly Harmless columns differs greatly from who they imagined. People assume I’m going to be philosophical, spiritual, and introspective at all times. The person they get during social outings is loud, boisterous, and sometimes slightly tipsy. NaBloPoMo permitted me to give you a bit more insight as to who I am as a person…which I have to admit was really fun to share.

You’ve learned some really fundamental things about me:

    • I’m afraid of zombies.
    • I wish I really could save the world…from zombies and other things.
    • I’m obsessed with my hygiene, Tina Fey, really good femslash, vaginas, tiny, gigantic, and the ones in between, and black holes (which is unfortunate that I put those words next to how much I love vaginas…but oh well…)
    • My bathroom should get cleaned more than once every 10 days…especially since I love cleaning toilets.
    • Honesty is important to me.
    • I know I’m going to die so I hope that I’m loved in a multitude of ways while I’m alive.
    • Sesame Street played an important part of teaching me about being a good person…and singing silly songs.
    • Wine and cheese are part of my basic food groups.
    • If you go on a date with me, I’ll blog about it years later.
    • I am brave to travel 2 hours and 20 minutes every day on the Montreal Transit system.
    • I have wonderful friends and am grateful for their suggestions when it came to blogging these past 30 days.
    • My faith in the power of love, kindness, generosity, compassion, and empathy help me wake up in the morning and think there is indeed a God/Goddess that really doesn’t care that I am gay.

So there you go lovely readers…you got a few glimpses into my mind. I hope I didn’t scare you. My stats indicate that I’ve gotten 924 visits in the past 30 days…and not all of them are just from Arthur (he’s the cartoon guy you see at the top of the page).

As always, thank you for taking the time to visit Attic Tales. It’s nice to know that there are other like-minded people out there like me who can take a break from watching porn educational programming and reflect upon neglected world-wide problems…like seriously…how the fuck are we going to fight off the zombies??? They’re even invading classic literature!!!
