    1. Donate my blood more often instead of just once a year. Only 9% of the Canadian population is B+ like me.
    2. Reuse more before I recycle. I’ve taken to using the back of my receipts as notepaper.
    3. Expand my repertoire of recipes. I said this last year and failed abysmally. I shall rectify this.
    4. Cut down on my meat, sugar, and dairy intake. This is going to be tough but I need to remind myself that I’m not cutting out all these yummy things completely, I’m just eating them in moderation from now on.
    5. Finish my screenplay for Image+Nation. I just need to set up some time to focus solely on this project.
    6. Make sure I bring my lunch at least 3 times a week to work. I’ll save more money and eat healthier.
    7. Blog at least 3 times a week.
    8. Get my cardiovascular system in shape.
    9. Go on spontaneous mini-adventures.
    10. Continue being emotionally healthy so I can continue having an emotionally healthy relationship with my Sunshine.
