What are these things you ask? These are the 2 events that are putting a serious cramp in my social life…not to mention they’re responsible for my neglecting this website. Allow me to explain lovely readers. Back in February I recognized that I was once again feeling lethargic and practically brain dead, which is perfectly normal when one gets the Winter blues. However, this year I had me a plan. A good plan. A brilliant plan…one that does not involve world domination…for now.
I created METRO BOOT CAMP.
Living in Montreal I have access to all of these metros (subways):
I pick one that has at least 80 stairs and for 20 minutes I go up and down them. I’m proud to announce that I’m practically no longer having an almost heart attack by the time I reach the top of the stairs.
The issue is that by the time I get home, because it’s so late and I haven’t had supper; I’m too hungry and pooped to even be looking at a computer…not to mention a tab bit grumpy.
The other event in my life is the 5/30 challenge. For now, because my legs and heart can’t last more than 20 minutes with this grueling workout, I’ve also started walking home from the metro to my apartment…which means I get home even later. Which means…you guessed it…less time sitting in front of a computer…which is kind of a good thing since that’s all I do at work.
The advantages however are that I’m getting in better shape and living a healthier lifestyle…which is a really important priority for me this year. I want to be the HEALTHIEST me I can be on every level.
So there you go…I thank you for your concern as some of you were writing to me asking if I was ok. I really am…better than ok actually. Once I get a better grip on my schedule, I promise I’ll be writing topics more often. In fact, I have a pile waiting on my desk…and yes…some of them involve world domination.
MUHAHAHAHA!

And now you have a great looking ass to go with your world domination!
