Part 18: I am loved
Did you know? Sleep deprivation mimics psychosis: distorted perceptions can lead to inappropriate emotional and behavioral responses…that sounds about right.

Did you know? It doesn’t matter how much pesticide you use, if the flea is in its pupae stage, it is protected. We should make planes out of that stuff.
Did you know? Adult fleas feed primarily on the blood of their host. Flea saliva can dissolve skin allowing fleas to use their special mouthpiece to obtain a meal.
Did you know? The best way to kill fleas is with products that use growth inhibitors that prevent fleas from maturing.
Did you know? Flea fossils date all the way back to the Lower Cretaceous period … about 100 million years! I thing they’re worse than cockroaches.
Did you know? There are many different specific forms of neurosis: obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety neurosis, hysteria (in which anxiety may be discharged through a physical symptom), and a nearly endless variety of phobias…like pyromania…why couldn’t I want to set things on fire? That’s cool. Flea obsession…not so much.
Did you know? Flea larvae emerge from the eggs within 1 to 10 days, although if conditions are not ideal, the egg can remain in the environment much longer waiting for the right “moment” to hatch. The right moment being whenever I am around.
Did you know? Given an adequate supply of food, larvae should pupate and weave a silken cocoon within 1–2 weeks after 3 larval stages. After another week or two, the adult flea is fully developed and ready to emerge from the cocoon.
Did you know? Fleas are excellent jumpers, leaping vertically up to seven inches and horizontally thirteen inches. (An equivalent hop for a human would be 250 feet vertically and 450 feet horizontally.)
Did you know? Fleas are sometimes confused with bed bugs because they both leave dried blood droppings behind…proving they are sneaky liars.
