For the past few weeks I’ve been dealing with a tenant downstairs from my apartment who is suffering from some serious mental issues. Whenever she stops taking her medication, she throws tantrums, yells obscenities, and makes the occasional death threat. It’s sad to see and hear…but I must admit…I envy her freedom.
